Challenge
It is our
strong belief that there is a challenge facing both HR and Sales
Managers – namely sourcing quality candidates and quality service from
agencies.20:20 Selection believes that its expertise in both
pharmaceutical industry sales management and resourcing enables us to
meet this challenge by understanding the needs of both HR and Sales
Management.
When conducting any work on behalf of a client our aim is to act as
though we were managers within that organisation - our objective is
always to find the ‘best individual’ that fits the needs of the
manager and the culture of the organisation.
This approach also benefits our candidates when we find them
positions to match their drive, determination, experience and career
ambitions.

our Team
Karen
Forshaw - Director
Started
working life as a Medical Laboratory Scientific Officer in
Biochemistry before joining Ciba-Geigy (now part of Novartis) as a
Medical Representative in November 1987. Spent six years as a
GP/Hospital Representative before moving to Roche Products as a
Hospital Specialist eventually being promoted to Regional Business
Manager. Joined The Royce Consultancy, as RBM, in June 1998 to set up
their first dedicated sales team to work with Zeneca; subsequently
seconded as Sales Director before becoming Account Manager within the
Royce Consultancy. Co-founded 20:20 Selection Ltd in
June 2002.
Celia
Gaskell – Recruitment Consultant
Graduated
from Manchester Metropolitan University in July 2002
with a BSc (Hons). Joined 20:20 Selection in
September 2003 as Sales Support Administrator. Having grown with the
business, Celia was promoted to her current role in September 2004.
Gill Chatfield
– Contract and Resourcing Administrator
Gill
comes from a property background having worked in London for a number of
years for a large architectural practice prior to raising her
family. Relocating to Lancashire five years ago,
Gill has recently worked as an Administrator for a Letting Company
and an Overseas Property Company.
In Gill’s spare time she is a keen badminton player,
playing in a local league and running a junior club.
Kate Townsend
– Recruitment Administrator
Graduated
from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth in
July 2007 with a BSc (Hons) in Marine and Freshwater Biology. Kate worked for 6 years as a
dispensary assistant in a pharmacy until she joined 20:20 Selection Ltd in
October 2007.
David
Bayliss - Company Secretary
A qualified
Pharmacist who provides ongoing business/financial planning support
as well as NHS intelligence in to 20:20 Selection Ltd.
